In:spa (0845 458 0723) is offering yoga and fitness retreats to Ksar Massa, a boutique beach spa on a stretch of isolated beach at Sidi R'bat in the Souss-Massa National Park, 45 minutes from the Atlas mountains in Morocco. It has rose-coloured buildings, a big pool, hammam and 17 stylish rooms. They run throughout the year from April, and cost £1,950 per person including flights, meals, personal training and nutrition consultation.
