How healthy are you?

Well, every part of me works. I take care of myself, but I don't deny myself too much either. I mean, I eat fatty foods and that. I first met Kanye [West] outside a fried chicken joint in New York. You could say chicken brought us together.

Do you worry about your weight?

Never. I've always been naturally slim and have had the reverse issue, really: I've had to accept how skinny I was as a child. If I have a little bit of skin hanging over my jeans then I just put on a girdle.

What exercise do you take?

I walk as much as I can, and also carry around over-packed Fendi and Marc Jacobs luggage. They keep my arms toned.

Is sex important to you?

Very important. It's a great form of working out.

How much sleep do you need?

Four hours top. Five hours is a luxury. I go to bed at four in the morning and always wake up between 8am and 9am.

How much do you drink?

I try not to drink, but when I do my thing is vodka, never brown liquor or champagne. If I do get tipsy I'm a happy drunk: I laugh for hours and dance on the tables.

Do you smoke or take drugs?

I don't do or condone either. I can't stand the smell of weed, and it doesn't do anything for me. I've seen people taking drugs around me in the UK, never in the US.

Have you ever had therapy?

No. If I'm down or unhappy I'll talk to friends or my mum. I'm the oldest of nine children, so my brothers and sisters, who are pretty well balanced, will come to me to talk sometimes.

NHS or private?

I do both. The NHS is great in emergencies, but the nurses are overworked and need better pay. I don't really see the difference between private and NHS care except you get your own room if you pay.

How do you feel about plastic surgery?

If it's necessary, then sure, but a person's headspace must be pretty bad if they feel like they need to be a 70F. If I have kids and they drink out of my boob I might consider it, but I'd go for a safer option than silicone.

Are you happy?

Very. My life is my life and I'm doing what I love.
