Do you take any vitamins or supplements?
Glucosamine for my knee and ankle - 22 years of football didn't do them any favours.
Do you prefer healthy food or fast food?
Healthy. I am involved in the ownership of the Riverside Brasserie in Bray, so no fast food for me.
Have you ever dieted?
I've never had to - I'm the same weight as when I was playing. The only difference is the proportion of body to muscle fat.
Do you take any exercise?
Pilates once a week. I also work out in the gym once a week. All my other exercise comes from playing golf.
How do you chill out?
Golf - I'm a three handicap, which is better than Gary Lineker, who plays off six. I also drive my Caterham on track days at Brands Hatch and Donington.
What foods do you always have in your trolley?
Fruit, lots of it. Also pasta and pasta sauces - I can't leave the football food behind. I've even been known to make my own pasta.
What have you eaten so far today?
Cereal, fruit and toast. A sandwich. Pasta and salad, and a glass of shiraz.
Do you drink?
I drink the odd beer, and a little too much wine.
Any vices?
Red wine.
What stresses you out?
When I've got too many things to think about.
Are you vain?
A little, but aren't all footballers, especially those on telly?
