Do you take any vitamins or supplements?
The only thing I take - which probably makes me sound a bit weird - is Udo's Oil. I use that on salad as a way of getting the omega 3s and the family of oils into my body.
Do you prefer healthy food or fast food?
Definitely fresh food. My husband is a New Yorker but his parents are Italian so he has been brought up with that real love of good food and he is the cook of the house - it's easy for me to eat really well with very little effort on my part.
Have you ever dieted?
I have quite a high metabolism so I've never really been on a diet as such. If I need to lose a few pounds I cut out the naughty things but I don't go hungry.
Do you take any exercise?
I have been a member of a really beautiful London gym for a year and I can count on two hands the number of times I have been there. I do yoga as often as I can, but that doesn't boil down to very much.
How do you chill out?
We Rollerblade every week, my husband and I and our two-year-old - she is not yet on skates but we take her in the pushchair, and that attracts a few funny looks.
Do you drink alcohol?
We have wine most nights - just a glass or occasionally a second. If I am out then I like a straight-up margarita with a bit of salt around the edge.
