Do you take any vitamins or supplements? No, but I should, especially because I'm always on the move. I try to get vitamin C in the morning by drinking orange juice.

Do you prefer healthy food or fast food? I went through a phase of bingeing on junk food: it was all we could get at service stations. I refuse to eat it now.

Have you ever dieted? Only to put on weight. I can train for only two weeks and go up a size and stay like that without training any more, so long as I eat the right things.

Do you take any exercise? No, but I will start to train again for my new video - I train for seven days before. Otherwise I can't fit into my clothes and my stylist goes mad.

How do you chill out? I tune into the soaps at home.

What foods do you have in your shopping trolley? Always fruit, and salads and vegetables. Chicken and lamb, pasta, rice and stuff like that. Scallops, too: I sometimes treat myself to bacon scallops for breakfast.

What have you eaten today? A cup of coffee, that's all.

What stresses you out? Not much - I am laid back, really. Making my album was a worry, but not stressful.

Are you vain? I wouldn't go as far as that. I like to look good. I'll look in the mirror and think I need a haircut yet everyone says I don't. Is that vain?
