I have a drinking problem

Do you have any advice for this reader, who finds it impossible to stop drinking?

I have a drinking problem. Once I start drinking I can't stop. Even when I know I have had enough I carry on. At least once a week I have no memory of most of the night and certainly no recollection of getting home. I'm scared after every night out in case I have upset someone or said something I shouldn't have. I am really depressed about it but can't stop. I need help but don't know where to start.
