Do you take any vitamins or supplements? I take one multi-vitamin tablet and a 100mg vitamin C a day - I have been taking them for years.

Do you prefer healthy food or fast food? Healthy food, without a doubt. I hate fast food.

Have you ever dieted? I dieted from when I was about 18 until I was about 39. It was a constant battle, but when I was 39 I discovered low-fat eating - low-fat eating led me to eat much more healthily, and then I didn't need to diet any more.

Do you take any exercise? Yes, but not as much as people think. I teach two classes a week, so that works out to about an hour and a quarter's worth. Other than that, I wear a pedometer and generally do at least 10,000 steps a day. I am very active, but I don't like the atmosphere in the gym - I feel that, if I went, everyone would expect me to be super-fit, but I'm just like the average person.

Do you drink alcohol? Yes, white wine or champagne. I keep within a healthy limit, though, so probably about 14 units a week. That's about two small glasses a day.

Any vices? Sugar in my tea, though I don't see it as a vice. People are absolutely shocked that I do.
